Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all these TOS:
I. Payment
1. A deposit must be made after initial sketch is shown, at least 25% of the full payment involved for the commission (For Full Renders, 50% of full payment).
2. Payment is done in USD (or other agreed upon digital currency)
3. Usual payment method: CashApp or PayPal
II. Commission Process
1. Rough estimate will be given to commissioner by artist on when art will be finished.
2. All communication will be done through Discord direct messages or preferred method of communication.
3. Constant WIP's will be sent to buyer during the commission process
4. Can revise initial sketch as much as need be, once in rendering phase, only minor changes will be allowed. If there are major changes requested during rendering phase, will need to pay an extra 20% of total commission price.
III. Finished Commission
1. Rest of payment will be deposited before finished commission is sent, then commission will be sent through either Discord or Email in PNG format.
2. I, as the artist, will have full rights to the artwork and to distribute the artwork (ie. Portfolio, Social Media, etc.), unless agreed upon between both parties.
3. If commissioned artwork is posted online by the buyer, proper credit should be posted alongside the post.
3. Commissions will be done for personal uses, artwork cannot be used for commercial uses by buyer.
4. A small artwork will be placed on the artwork still, if the watermark is wanted to be taken off, there will be a price for this as well.
IV. Refund
1. The artist has full right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount of money as well.
2. A full refund will be given to buyer if commission does not have progress after 1 month of commission beginning.
3. A refund can only be given during the sketching stage at most, refunding the initial deposit amount to the buyer.
